TacPack has a really cool idea for 2017, we are going to do a tactical box pass. The way it works is... we will send out a box with about 30 tactical goods to one person. They get the box. They take a few items. And then they toss in a few items of equal value and send it to the next person in line. We will do the first one with 100 participants. Best of all, once the box passes to all one hundred people we will donate the remaining items to veterans who would appreciate some gear. Keep in mind the box will grow over time so the cost to ship it to the next person could be 30.00 or more. If you want to participate please send an email titled "BOX PASS" to info@tacpack.com with your name and address. We ask that you be a US resident. We will make a list of the first hundred participants. Anything over that will be saved for the second round.

Sunday Gunporn & a backstory: I will start by saying that I had the fortunate opportunity to pick up this unfired pistol from a local gun dealer in my same state about three years ago. The date code is 1997, though the gun had never been shot and I picked it up in 2013. There was a private collector who was selling off some of his things and I was tipped off that they had one of these. I was given a price that was about half of what they were going for at this point in time. I immediately paid for the weapon and received it just two days later as the dealer was a few hours north so we figured shipping would just be easier. I have since put about 500 rds through it. It is an amazing gun as far as the intended "compensator" is concerned. The compensator weighs about 3/4LB and lessens the front end's ability to raise-up tremendously. The trigger is their (HK) match trigger and it is incredibly smooth. Thanks for looking/reading.

I was always very annoyed that my Harris bipod would swivel even though I had the knob tightened all the way down. But this unit is really cool because it gives you leverage to keep it tight and actually hold the gun in place. I know that Harris offers a locking lever from the factory and/or as an add on. But, this one is cool because it has a clutch in it that allows you tuck the knob upwards after you get it tight. Definitely a cool little piece!

Quite frankly I'm surprised it went in so perfectly straight for being shot at an angle. This was some 3/4 inch mild steel a guy brought to the range and he begged me to shoot it (at 200 yards). This is a 419g solid copper projectile that left the muzzle at 2860fps from my M200.
